Amenities are: Tea, coffee, filtered water, TV. Communal dishes, pots and pans, clean after you use.  Linens - bath, face, dish cloths, drying towel,

sheets - changed weekly. Single bed, desk, sofa, closet. Iron and ironing board. Coin Laundry. Wireless Internet Available.

Reservations: Requires a 50% deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to your first nights stay. There is a $300 damage deposit due upon check-in, and is fully refundable on check-out less the repair or replacement cost of any damage caused by you during your stay. Parking: For long-term stays it is recommended that you acquire City of Toronto Parking Permit. They are approximately $22 for 7 nights. In addition, various

parking lots (open and covered) available 5 to 10 minute walk to Huron and Bloor Streets.
