A Woman's Guestroom
is centrally located in downtown Toronto's safe Annex neighbourhood, in a quiet home welcoming women travelers whether here for business, research, music, theater or vacations to stay in my home, a vegetarian household, visit with perhaps another guest and myself.

Minimum stays are 3 nights.

 

 

New Turn Key Furnished Bach Apartment Monthly Rental.

 

 

Bed Sitting Room: (main and second floor, no kitchen, non-smoking environment/property)

Amenities are:
Tea, coffee, kettle, microwave, toaster, filtered water, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clock radio alarm, TV, bar fridge, shared 5 piece bath, bath towel and face cloth, day bed, desk/oak table, armoire/closet, A/C, local phone, coin laundry. Wireless internet available.

Minimum stays are 3 nights.
 

Affordable (inclusive) Rates

 

Main and Second Floor Room (Shared bath, no kitchen, cat in residence).   Women welcome.


Per night       $65 CDN (minimum of 3 nights)

Weekly         $410 CDN

Monthly        $1440 CDN (up to 90 days); $1299 CDN (from 4+ month reservations)

Subterranean Rooms (Shared kitchen & bath, with a male roommate) Women and Gentlemen welcome.

Amenities are: Tea, coffee, filtered water, TV. Communal dishes, pots and pans, clean after you use.  Linens - bath, face, dish cloths, drying towel,

sheets - changed weekly. Single bed, desk, sofa, closet. Iron and ironing board. Coin Laundry. Wireless Internet Available.

Per night       $65 CDN

Weekly         $410 CDN

Monthly        $1299 CDN (up to 90 days); $997 CDN (4+ month reservations)

Reservations: Requires a 50% deposit. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to your first nights stay. Please inquire about rental rates for longer

stays (there is one room that has use of the kitchen).

Registered Massage Therapy appointments can be made in advance.

 

Parking: For long-term stays it is recommended that you acquire City of Toronto Parking Permit. They are approximately $22 for 7 nights. In addition, various

parking lots (open and covered) available 5 to 10 minute walk to Huron and Bloor Streets.

 

Easy walking to:

Subways: 5 minutes from 3 Subways stops:  St George, Spadina & Dupont that have bus routes and street car access. We are located at University of

Toronto’s Northern perimeter.

Shops: Splashy Yorkville, Bloor Street’s (Toronto’s Fifth Ave), Bloor Village, Health food, Groceries, Homeopathic, pharmacies, liquor store, and

China town. (Walking time 10 to 20 minutes).

Restaurants: Health food, Asian, Hungarian, Little Korea, Annex Village on Bloor Street, Dupont St Raw food,  Ave and Dav eats and a variety of eateries,

bistros and fabulous Café’s.

Theatres: Tarragon, Bathurst St, Royal Conservatory of Music: Koerner Hall, Toronto Film Festival, and Fringe Theatre Festivals and Music venues Lees Palace,

Movie theatres and much more. (Walking time 10 to 20 minutes).

Museums: Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe, Gardiner Ceramic galleries, Casa Loma, Art Gallery of Ontario, Royal Yacht Club, CN Tower, and the University

of Toronto galleries and sports stadiums like the Varsity Stadium. (Walking time 10 to 20 minutes).

Hospitals: Women's College Toronto General, Mount Sinai, Sick Kids and Princess Margaret are 25 - 35 minutes walk or 5 minute subway ride away. Toronto

Orthopedic, and Eye surgeries are also close.
